How to open hardware decoding

1. Open CloudEdge App
2. Press Me
3. Press Setting
4. Turn on hardware decoding

After turning it on, play more fluent and decrease the hot compare to soft decoding (Close this function to fix green screen problem if your phone version above 16.0)
