CloudEdgeはiOSとAndroid OSの両方で利用可能です。App StoreまたはGoogle Playで「CloudEdge」と検索するか、QRコードをスキャンしてアプリをダウンロードしてください。
ルーターの設定
本製品は2.4GHz周波数帯のルーターのみをサポートし、5GHz周波数帯のルーターはサポートしません。WiFi設定の前に、ルーターの関連パラメータを設定してください。WiFiパスワードには、~!@#$%^&*()などの特殊文字は含まれません。デバイスがWiFiを使用するように設定される場合、携帯電話とデバイスはできるだけルーターに近い場所に設置することで、デバイスの設定を迅速に行うことができます。
登録プロセス
ステップ1 Cloudedgeアプリを開き、"SlGN UP "をクリックし、有効なメールアドレスを入力し、"NEXT "をクリックします。
ステップ2：認証コードを入力し、6桁以上のパスワードとニックネームを作成する。その後、ログインしてください。
注：ルーター、カメラ、携帯電話が近くにあることを確認してください。
QRコードの設定
デバイスを追加する前の注意事項
1.このカメラは2.4GHZ無線LANルーターのみをサポートしています。
2.指示に従って、パスワードが正しく入力されていることを確認してください。
3.つのカメラは1つのAPPアカウントにのみ追加できます。
プロセス
ステップ1 CloudEdgeアプリを開き、「+」をクリックし、追加するデバイスのタイプを選択します。
Step 2 Please confirm the red LED light blinks, select ‘The device has flashed red slowly, or you hear a tone,’ and click ‘Next.’ Then, input the wireless password and click ‘Next.’
Step 3 The device is scanning the QR code at a distance of 15~25cm (you can click the ‘operation’ to view the scanning mode). After the device scans successfully, click ‘Hear tone.’
Step 4 The device is successfully connected to the network. After the configuration is completed, the app automatically adds the successfully scanned device and returns it to the device list. The configuration is completed.
ステップ5 再生ボタンをクリックしてプレビューを完了する。(注意：プレビューする画像を長押しするとデバイスが削除され、再度追加するとデバイスがリセットされます)

Full-duplex audio
When the visitor pushes the doorbell button, you will get a call. You can see and hear the visitor in your App from the doorbell if you answer.

Motion sensors will notify you when movement is detected.
Shared device
The doorbell device can be shared with friends, and friends can also preview online. There is no limit to the number of sharing devices, but only six accounts are supported for online preview at the same time.

Q: In the network process, the process bar is always not 100%; add failure?
A: This camera only supports a 2.4GHz WiFi router; please make sure you are using a 2.4GHz WiFi router. And confirm the WiFi password again.
Q: Are repeated addition failures?
A: After adding a failure, it is recommended to restart the device or power off and then try to add again.
Q: デバイスが正しくプレビューできないのですが？
A: ネットワークが正常かどうか確認してください。カメラをルーターの近くに設置し、正常でない場合はデバイスをリセットして再度追加することをお勧めします。
Q: カメラのネットワークを別のルーターに接続する方法は？
A: まず、アプリでデバイスを取り外し、リセットしてから、アプリでデバイスを再度設定します。
Q: Why can’t I get the notifications with my cell phone App?
A: Please confirm that the App has been running on the phone and the relevant reminder function has been opened; Message notification and authority confirmation in the mobile phone system have been opened.
Q: なぜデバイスがSDカードを識別しないのですか？
A: It is recommended to plug in an SD card after a power cut. Confirm whether the SD card is normally available and the format is FAT32. And the TF card can’t be identified when the internet environment is not good.
