  1. Trying to set camera to record to SD card, but when we go into Record Management, it doesn’t let us select “Event Recording”. CloudEdge app is the most current version. Tried it on both an iPhone and Android, but neither work. Please advise.

  3. The CloudEdge App does not let you select EVENT RECORDING. Camera is useless if we can’t set it to record when motion activated or scheduled recording.

    Is there another app that works with the Rebluum camera?

  4. HI I bought ebluum Security Camera Wireless Outdoor,2K Solar Security Camera,Battery Powered 360°PTZ Security Camera in July of last year. I ddid not fill out warranty I do not think. I see from Amazon the date. The red light comes on by the type c input. Has been charging a long time, but will not turn on.

    is there a way to detect and control a PTZ outdoor solar battery camera (DQ201) through MotionEye ? If so, what it the video stream url and protocol ?

    1. I don’t know much about this software. Does it support onvif? Is your DQ201 a wireless version or a wired version? Only the wired version supports onvif.

  6. I cannot change my camera to be in Day Mode. The app says the action was successful, but it keeps reverting to Automatic. I have a flood light, so I want color at all times.

  7. Good day. I have the 4g cell camera device. Works great with the cloudedge app.

    The help section says that a PC can access the camera at

    I am able to login, but message says “device not supported”.

    What can I do to see on PC? Do you have a different product that may work better?
