02/ Instalace APP a registrace účtu
Stáhnout aplikaci 'ieGeek Cam'
Metoda 1: Stáhněte si aplikaci "CloudEdge" nebo "ieGeek Cam" z obchodu APP Store (iOS) nebo Google Play (Android);
Metoda 2: Naskenujte QR kód aplikace ieGeek Cam a stáhněte ji.
Tipy: Při prvním použití této aplikace zapněte níže uvedená dvě oprávnění.
1. Povolte aplikaci ieGeek Cam přístup k mobilním mobilním datům a bezdrátové síti LAN, jinak se jí nepodaří přidat IP kameru.
2. Povolte aplikaci "ieGeek Cam" přijímat tlačenou zprávu, jinak telefon nedostane poplašnou zprávu při detekci pohybu nebo zvukovém alarmu.
Registrovat účet
Noví uživatelé se musí zaregistrovat e-mailem. Konkrétní kroky jsou následující:
- 1. Klikněte na tlačítko "Registrovat
- 2. Registrace účtu se dokončí podle následujících kroků
- 3.Přihlaste se.
Poznámka:
- Při registraci nového účtu vyberte oblast, ve které se právě nacházíte, a správný kód země. (Různé registrované regiony nemohou sdílet fotoaparát).
- Zvolte prosím registraci e-mailem.
03/Jak přidat kameru do aplikace APP
Před použitím:
Před zapnutím vložte kartu Micro SD, jinak nebude možné kartu SD rozpoznat.
2. Pro nastavení Wi-Fi umístěte fotoaparát a smartphone do vzdálenosti 1 až 3 stopy (30-100 cm) od směrovače.
3. Zkontrolujte, zda fotoaparát používá 2,4GHz Wi-Fi.
Kroky připojení Wi-Fi
(Poznámka: pokud není možné fotoaparát zapnout, připojte nejprve napájecí adaptér DC 5V 2A typu C a nabíjejte jej po dobu 15 minut.)
Můj fotoaparát se nepřipojí k síti Wi-Fi.
1. Před přidáním zařízení se ujistěte, že je zařízení ve stavu pomalu blikajícího červeného světla. Pokud je stav indikátoru abnormální, obnovte tovární nastavení zařízení (dlouze stiskněte a podržte tlačítko RESET zařízení, dokud neuslyšíte zvuk "boogie").
2. Ujistěte se, že připojení Wi-Fi k fotoaparátu je 2,4GHz. Podle našich zkušeností ve většině případů selhalo připojení k síti, což je způsobeno tím, že uživatelé používají 5GHz WIFl. tato kamera Wi-Fi nemůže podporovat 5GHz Wi-Fi.
3. Zkontrolujte, zda je heslo pro Wi-Fi správné. (Poznámka: heslo Wi-Fi nesmí obsahovat jednoduchou uvozovku, podtržítko, mezeru a virguli (/).
4. Zkontrolujte počet zařízení, ke kterým je router připojen. Obecně platí, že směrovač má limity připojení. Jakmile zařízení, která váš směrovač připojil, překročí maximální počet limitů, další zařízení se ke směrovači nepřipojí.
5. Ujistěte se, že je kód QR na displeji telefonu normální a vzdálenost mezi telefonem a objektivem fotoaparátu je během skenování 10-15 cm.
6. Zkontrolujte, zda má aktuální místo dobré pokrytí Wi-Fi a stabilní síť (signál Wi-Fi je vyšší než 85%);
7. Nepoužívejte rozšiřovače Wi-Fi;
8. Pokud se po kontrole výše uvedených informací kamera nemůže připojit k síti Wi-Fi, zkuste znovu stáhnout APP, resetovat kameru a restartovat router a poté kameru znovu přidat.

04/ Nabíjení baterie
Charge the battery with a 5V 2A power adapter
The battery is a built-in battery and cannot be removed
Charge the battery with the ieGeek Solar Panel. For weatherproof performance, always cover the dedicated charging port with the rubber plug after finishing charging the battery.

05/Průvodci instalací
- GX7S is only for indoor use; please install it indoors according to the instructions and keep it away from water sources.
- It’s recommended to select the location before installation. Once the 3M glue is attached, it will not be easy to remove (to avoid damage to the wall)
- Nainstalujte kameru 2-3 metry nad zemí. V takové výšce bude detekční dosah snímače pohybu maximální.
- Pro účinnou detekci pohybu nainstalujte kameru úhlově.
POZNÁMKA: Pokud se pohybující se objekt přiblíží k čidlu PIR svisle, kamera nemusí detekovat pohyb.

Dosah detekce čidla PIR
Rozsah detekce PIR lze přizpůsobit vašim specifickým potřebám. Pro jeho nastavení v nastavení zařízení prostřednictvím aplikace ieGeek Cam se můžete podívat do následující tabulky.

Dosah detekce čidla PIR
- Nesměřujte fotoaparát k žádným objektům s jasným světlem, včetně slunečního svitu, jasných světel lamp apod.
- Neumisťujte fotoaparát do blízkosti zásuvek, včetně průduchů klimatizace, průduchů zvlhčovače vzduchu, průduchů pro přenos tepla projektorů atd.
- Kameru neinstalujte na místech se silným větrem.
- Nesměřujte fotoaparát k zrcadlu.
- Aby nedocházelo k rušení bezdrátových sítí, udržujte fotoaparát ve vzdálenosti alespoň 1 metr od jakýchkoli bezdrátových zařízení, včetně routerů Wi-Fi a telefonů.

The device prompts offline.
1)Check whether the equipment is in the power-on state and observe whether the working light of the equipment is normal;
2)Confirm that the current location has good wifi coverage and the network is stable; make sure that the wifi signal is above 75%;
3)You can try to use the third-party wifi analysis tool wifi analyzer” to analyze the current wifi signal coverage and interference status. If the coverage is poor and the interference is large it is recommended to replace the camera installation position adjust the router position, or use a second-stage router;
4)Avoid using wifi extenders.
Aktualizace směrovače nebo hesla Wi-Fi?
Delete the camera from your CloudEdge account. After resetting the device, use the new Wi-Fi and password to add it again.
Will it not connect to WiFi?
1) The wifi currently connected to the mobile phone is a 2.4Ghz network; The current location has good wifi coverage and a stable network (wifi signal is greater than 75%);
2)Avoid using wifi extender;
3)Check whether the wifi password is entered correctly.

Fast power consumption?
1)In the case of poor wifi coverage (such as signals below 75%), which will increase consumption;
2)The PIR trigger frequency is high, and the power consumption will increase when infrared light/white light is on at night;
3)The mobile phone often accesses the camera remotely, which will increase the power consumption;
4)For the first use, it’s recommended to use the power to 10% and then charge it to 100%, which is helpful for the health of the lithium battery
Is the camera not detecting movement?
1)In the case of an unstable network, messages may not be pushed in time after the PIR is triggered. In this case, you can first confirm the network status and remove the camera to verify and confirm an environment with good network coverage;
2)Inappropriate installation position will result in PIR not triggering and not detecting. If the position is too high, the object is too far away, or the object is too small, the camera will not trigger; try to adjust the installation position according to the trigger requirements for times.
Is the SD card not recognized?
1)Support capacity is 16~128GB micro SDcard;
2)Before use, make sure to format the micro SD card as FAT32 or exFAT filesystem on the computer, then insert it into the camera, and finally perform the format memory card operation on the camera again
3)If the micro SD card is not recognized during use, it is generally a quality problem of the micro SD card, and it is necessary to replace the memory card with more stable reading and writing.
