What can I do if there is noise in the picture when the light is dimmed?
Insufficient light affects the picture quality. To ensure image quality, the camera image is in black and white mode when there is insufficient lighting. Check that the image is in black and white and that the infrared light is on. If not, please cover the entire lens with your hand until you hear a click, then release your hand to turn on the camera’s infrared light and switch the image to black and white mode.
